Presentation Guidelines
All oral presentations will consist of a 10-11 minute talk, 2-3 minutes for questions, and 1 minute for introduction and transition. The exact time of your presentation is listed on the final conference agenda which can be found by clicking the Agenda link to the right.
Remember the audience at this conference are not all experts in your field. While the talk should be technical in nature there should be some introductory material in the beginining of your presentation to familiarize the audience with your field.
All presentations must be powerpoint slides saved in .ppt or .pptx format. There are two ways for you to submit your presentation email and on site. If submitting by email please email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it by August 9th.
