If you need a visa in order to attend Energy and Sustainability 2009 some useful information can be found at the following websites:

Please make sure to allow plenty of time in order to secure a visa.

Letter of Invitation

If you require a letter of invitation then do the following:

1. Register for the conference
2. Submit an abstract by June 5th
3. Email Erik Koepf at  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it  and notify him you will be needing a letter of invitation
4. If your abstract is accepted a letter of invitation will be sent to you by June 10th
